- Sugar: 100g
- Milk: 100ml
- Vegetable Oil: 75ml
- Baking Powder: 1 packet (10g, Dr. Oetker recommended)

- Salt: 1/4 tsp
For the Filling:
- Apples: 4 medium
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Butter: 1 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling: Melt the butter in a skillet, add chopped apples and sugar. Cover and simmer over low heat until the fruits are tender, about 3-5 minutes. Then uncover, cool the apples.
- Dough Time: Blend the cottage cheese with milk and vegetable oil, mix in sugar, salt, sifted flour, and baking powder to form the dough.
- Forming Dumplings: Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, rolling each into a ball.
- Assembly: Roll out each ball, place some apple filling on the dough.
- Seal Them Up: Pinch the edges to close.
- Prep for Baking: Arrange the dumplings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg.
- Bake Away: Cook in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes.
