  • Milk: 1 liter, the wholesome base
  • Kefir or Buttermilk: 1 liter, for cultured tang
  • Eggs: 6, binding elements
  • Salt: 2 tsp, for seasoning
  • Hot Red Pepper: 0.3 tsp, for a spicy note
  • Caraway Seeds: 0.5 tsp, for a hint of earthiness
  • Chopped Herbs: 1 tbsp, for freshness

  1. Herb Prep: Finely chop the dill.
  2. Milk Mixture: In a pot with a thick bottom, blend the milk and kefir. Stir well and gently heat on the stove over low heat.
