- 7 g (1 tablespoon) chopped green onion
- 8 g (1 tablespoon) unsweetened peanut oil
- 16 g (2 tablespoons) avocado oil (alternative: other vegetable oils)
- 32 g (4 tablespoons) boiled water for noodles
Tips:
- Cook the carrots in your preferred method, such as microwave or steaming.

- The cooked dumplings can also be frozen and reheated in the microwave or re-boiled in water when ready to eat.
Preparation Method:
- Steam or microwave the carrots until tender. Mash the carrots or blend them into a puree.
- Combine the carrot puree with salt and potato starch, adding water as needed to form a pliable dough.
- Shape the dough into small, bite-sized balls.
- Prepare the seasoning by combining the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili powder, minced garlic, and chopped green onion. Mix well.
- Heat the peanut and avocado oils in a pan, then pour the hot oils over the seasoning mixture to bring out the flavors.
- Boil the water and cook the carrot dough balls until they float to the surface, indicating they are cooked.
- Drain the carrot dumplings and toss them in the seasoning mixture to coat evenly.
Serving: Serve the carrot dumplings warm, garnished with additional chopped green onions if desired. Enjoy the vibrant color and delightful flavors of this unique dish!
