Cheese and Cottage Cheese Khachapuri

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda (dissolved in vinegar)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 2.5 cups flour (for dough)
  • 0.5 cup flour (for working with dough)
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 120–150 g hard cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Refined sunflower oil for frying
  1. Measure out all the ingredients.
  2. To prepare the dough for khachapuri, add salt, sugar, and dissolved soda to kefir. Stir well.
  3. Gradually add sifted flour, stirring constantly, until the dough becomes thick.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it. Place it in a bag or wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
  5. For the filling: grate the hard cheese finely. Add cottage cheese, a pinch of salt, and pressed garlic cloves. Mix well until the filling is homogeneous.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each piece thinly to about 5 mm thick. You can make either pies or turnovers.
  7. Spread the filling on one half of each circle of dough, evenly distributing it.
  8. Fold the second half of the dough over the filling and press the edges tightly. Make sure there is no air inside. Flatten with your hands or roll out slightly if needed.
  9. Heat half a cup of oil in a skillet. Place two khachapuris and fry until golden brown.
  10. Turn them over and fry on the other side.
  11. The khachapuris are ready! Serve and enjoy!

    I believe that avoiding refined foods may be the first step to be able to lose weight. They might taste good, but highly processed foods have very little nutritional value, making you try to eat more in order to have enough vitality to get throughout the day. If you are constantly ingesting these foods, switching to grain and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more power while consuming less. Good blog post.

And that could not be more correct here. Having said that, permit me tell you what exactly did deliver the results. The article (parts of it) is certainly highly convincing and that is most likely why I am taking an effort in order to comment. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. Next, even though I can easily see a jumps in reason you come up with, I am not confident of how you seem to unite your points that help to make your final result. For now I will, no doubt yield to your point however trust in the near future you link your dots better.
