Chicken Cutlets Stuffed with Cheese

  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 200 grams of bread
  • 1/2 cup of warm milk
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 100 grams of cheese
  1. Soak the bread in warm milk. Finely chop the chicken. Grind the chicken, soaked bread, and garlic in a meat grinder.
  2. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, and thoroughly mix it. Shape the mixture into small cutlets, stuffing each with a small piece of cheese.
  3. Seal the cutlets tightly to prevent the cheese from leaking out. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Coat the cutlets in breadcrumbs. Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the cutlets on both sides for 3 minutes each.
  4. Transfer the fried cutlets to an ovenproof dish and bake for an additional 15 minutes until fully cooked through.
