  • Meat of your choice
  • Sweet bell pepper
  • Milk
  • Curry powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  1. Slice the meat thinly. Chop the sweet bell pepper according to your preference.
  2. Heat a skillet or frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, and place the meat in the pan. Sear it lightly, then let it simmer in its own juices.
  3. Once the liquid reduces, pour in the milk and simmer over low heat until the milk evaporates.
  4. Add the chopped bell pepper and continue simmering.
  5. Once the bell pepper is tender, stir in the curry powder, soy sauce, and salt. Simmer for a bit longer.
    For serving, pair it with fluffy rice or your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
