Fairy Salad

Fairy Salad

  • 350 g of boiled chicken
  • 400 g of fresh cucumbers
  • 100-200 g of prunes
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt/spices to taste
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream to taste
  • Optional: a handful of walnuts
  1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then cool, peel, and dice them.
  2. Cut the boiled chicken into small pieces.
  3. Slice the fresh cucumbers into thin strips.
  4. If the prunes are too dry, soak them in hot water until they are plump, then drain and cut into small pieces.
  5. If using walnuts, chop them into smaller pieces.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cucumbers, prunes, and eggs.
  7. Season with salt and spices according to your preference.
  8. Add mayonnaise or sour cream, depending on your taste, and mix the salad until all the ingredients are well coated.
  9. If you’ve chosen to include walnuts, sprinkle them on top of the salad for an added crunch.

Serving: Serve the salad in a bowl or on a platter, garnished with a sprig of fresh herbs for decoration. Enjoy your delicious and refreshing “Fairy Salad”!
