Fairy Salad
Ingredients:
- 350 g of boiled chicken
- 400 g of fresh cucumbers
- 100-200 g of prunes
- 5 eggs
- Salt/spices to taste
- Mayonnaise or sour cream to taste
- Optional: a handful of walnuts
Preparation Method:
- Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, then cool, peel, and dice them.
- Cut the boiled chicken into small pieces.
- Slice the fresh cucumbers into thin strips.
- If the prunes are too dry, soak them in hot water until they are plump, then drain and cut into small pieces.
- If using walnuts, chop them into smaller pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cucumbers, prunes, and eggs.
- Season with salt and spices according to your preference.
- Add mayonnaise or sour cream, depending on your taste, and mix the salad until all the ingredients are well coated.
- If you’ve chosen to include walnuts, sprinkle them on top of the salad for an added crunch.
Serving: Serve the salad in a bowl or on a platter, garnished with a sprig of fresh herbs for decoration. Enjoy your delicious and refreshing “Fairy Salad”!
