Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Tenders

  • 400 g of chicken breast
  • Salt to taste (use sparingly if the bacon is very salty)
  • Black pepper
  • Dry garlic powder
  • Sweet paprika
  • 150 g of bacon
  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips or tenders.
  2. Season the chicken with a pinch of salt (if needed), black pepper, garlic powder, and sweet paprika. Be sure to season according to how salty your bacon is.
  3. Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon. The bacon will add additional saltiness as well as flavor, so adjust the seasoning of the chicken accordingly.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and place the bacon-wrapped chicken in the pan.
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the bacon is crispy. There’s no need to add additional oil to the pan as the bacon will release its own fat.
