“Smuglyanka” Cake Recipe

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 500 g butter
  • 500 g condensed milk
  • 200 g chocolate for glazing
  • Nuts or coconut flakes for decoration
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla sugar, and baking powder, mixing each ingredient thoroughly.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
  5. To prepare the cream, beat the butter until fluffy, then add condensed milk and continue beating until smooth.
  6. Cover the cooled cake with the prepared cream.
  7. Chill the cake in the refrigerator.
  8. To make the glaze, melt the chocolate and cover the cake with it.
  9. Decorate the cake with nuts or coconut flakes.
